Moalboal, Philippines is a small island located about 2 hours northwest of Cebu City by car. The diving around Moalboal is protected and most of the dives are 1-15 minutes by boat. The island is circled by fishermen all day, so it is another place that it is hard to believe there is any life left. Moalboal is mostly wall diving and it has a fair amount of interesting crustaceans. The visibility was not that great. We arrived about a month after a major hurricane devastated the nearby islands. The low visibility combined with strong currents made taking photos challenging.
