Moalboal is a small island south of Cebu. While we were there, visibility was not great. On most dives the visibility was 20-30 feet. This was also after a major hurricane hit 30 days prior so it was most likely not representative. Regadless, the resort was fantastic and there was plenty of macro critters to take photos of. Wide angle was more challenging due to the poor visibility. Highlight was a huge bait ball of sardines, but the poor vis made photos difficult .
